OFFICIAL RULES - WEEKLY PRINT GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Christine Rhoades Photography and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The giveaway runs on a weekly basis. Each weekly entry period begins at 12:00 AM PST on Saturday and ends at 11:59 PM PST the following Friday. Drawings are held every Friday for entries received during the previous weekly period. This is an ongoing promotion until terminated by Christine Rhoades Photography.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit crhoadespics.com/weekly-giveaway and complete the online entry form with all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly entry period. Entries received after the weekly deadline will be entered into the following week's drawing. Multiple entries from the same person in a single weekly period will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will be selected each week. Prize consists of one (1) 8x10 inch pearl finish photographic print of winner's choice from Christine Rhoades Photography's collection, mounted on 2mm white styrene board, shipped to winner's provided address within the United States. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $75 USD.

Prize selection: Winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 72 hours to select their print choice and confirm shipping address. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution or exchange of prize permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each weekly entry period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor's representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly period.

Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of their first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (ii) errors in the operation or transmission of entries; (iii) technical failures of any kind; (iv) unauthorized human intervention; or (v) printing, typographical, or other errors in these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

7. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy practices. Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway and notify winners. Email addresses will not be sold or shared with third parties. Entrants who opt-in to marketing communications may receive periodic updates about Christine Rhoades Photography and may unsubscribe at any time.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Christine Rhoades Photography and its representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

9. DISPUTES

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
